The outcome of the 2020 presidential election will have an enormous impact on the future of health care and public health reform in the United States. Will health coverage be expanded or diminished? Will Americans gain or lose access to critical health and public health services? In this webinar, leading public figures discussed critical questions on health and health care following the election. Lawrence Gostin, the director of O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law, moderated the discussion.

The O'Neill Institute Colloquium is an annual discussion series that addresses the most important health law issues of the day. This event was co-sponsored by the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown Law and the Georgetown University Global Health Initiative.
