Victoria Reiter

Carnegie Mellon University

Victoria Reiter (’20) graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a triple major in global studies, Chinese studies, and Hispanic studies. She was a 2019-2020 student fellow in the Initiative for U.S.-China Dialogue on Global Issues Student Fellows program.

  • Awarded a spring 2019 Chinese government scholarship to intensively study Mandarin at Qingdao University in Shandong Province.​
  • Spent a semester studying abroad in Valparaíso, Chile, in fall 2019 culminating in an internship investigating the effects of migration on students’ experiences in Santiago’s public schools.
  • Served previously as the co-president of FORGE, a group at Carnegie Mellon which works directly with the Pittsburgh refugee community.
