Ritu Agarwal

Medical Student in the School of Medicine

Ritu Agarwal (M’26) is a student at Georgetown University’s School of Medicine. She attended the University of Kansas, where she studied biochemistry and sociology. She combined several research experiences through her double major, including bench, quantitative, and qualitative. She has also worked on international and human rights campaigns, including working with the UN Foundation Shot@Life vaccine program and Georgetown University School of Medicine Physicians for Human Rights, focusing on asylum seekers and interning in Singapore in palliative quality of life research. As a spring 2024 GHI student fellow, Ritu will work with Martine Etienne-Mesubi to conduct a systematic review of continuous quality improvement projects across low- to middle-income countries.
