Aeisha Kangan

Aeisha Kangan (G’21) is a candidate in the Master of Science in Global Health program in the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences and a fall 2020 GHI student fellow. Aeisha was born in Pakistan and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, where she received her B.A. in mathematics from Cleveland State University. Aeisha’s interests reside in strengthening health systems through policy research and advocating for women’s sexual and reproductive health. After graduation, she aspires to work in her native Pakistan to address disparities by informing policy, stakeholders, and program implementation to improve health outcomes marked by structural and cultural barriers.
