Summer in Fiesole, Italy: Health and Sickness in Medieval Italy - Villa Le Balze
The Office of Global Education offers this credit-bearing, undergraduate summer study abroad program in Fiesole, Italy. Participants enroll in coursework taught by Georgetown faculty members and instructors from Georgetown's Villa Le Balze and earn Georgetown credits. Students on this program learn about the history of disease in medieval Italy, as well as modern biological research techniques for studying the history of disease. This course is cross-listed with biology and history.
