The Earth Commons Summer Internships in Greece
The Earth Commons supports student internship experiences in Greece focused on Environment and Sustainability. The Earth Commons will support students from the BS-ES (Environment and Sustainability) program and GU-Q to connect with local environmental organizations in Greece where they will complete a 6 week internship during June and July. The environmental organizations are well respected organizations with which Georgetown’s Earth Commons team in Greece has already built a relationship. Students will be connected with organizations taking into consideration their academic background, extracurricular activities, personal and professional goals and skills.
The organizations will allocate clear responsibilities to students for a maximum of 30 hours per week, assign an internship supervisor, provide feedback and structured mentorship and ensure a positive collegial working environment for students.
