Alvaro M. Bedoya
Alvaro M. Bedoya is the founding director of the Center on Privacy and Technology and a visiting professor of law at the Law Center.
International activities include:
- Served as Chief Counsel to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Privacy, Technology, and the Law
- Served as a consultant for the International Labor Organization’s Special Action Program to Combat Forced Labor
- Co-founded the Esperanza Education Fund, which offers college scholarships for immigrant students in the Washington D.C. area
