Luis R. Fortuño (SFS’14) is managing director at Rebel Fund, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on investing in top Y Combinator startups. Previously, he was an attorney at Clifford Chance in New York and Washington, D.C. and later joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Luis holds a B.S. in foreign service from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
