Scott Taylor

Scott Taylor is a professor and director of the African Studies Program in the School of Foreign Service.

International activities include:

  • Author of five books on issues of political economy in Africa
  • Current research projects include "Africa’s ‘Third Rail’: The Politics of Land Reform in Zambia"
  • Has served as consultant to organizations such as USAID, the African Development Bank, the World Bank, and the Carter Center
