Angelica: Art and Culture Image Database
Housed in the Digital Georgetown online repository, Angelica provides the Georgetown University community with textual descriptions and digital surrogates of thousands of art history slides in the art history collection of the Department of Art and Art History. The collection includes slides of art and architecture from the Italian and Northern European Renaissance, the Dutch Baroque period, the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, as well as American and Russian art and Islamic art and architecture.
