Event Series: Webinar Series for International Students and Alumni

Showing the The Future of the Asia-Pacific Video

The Asia-Pacific region has undergone seismic transformation over the past decade: from the rise of China and India on the global stage, to the emergence of ASEAN, and critical shifts in trade and alliance patterns. More recently, the COVID-19 pandemic and the downturn in U.S.-China relations have complicated regional dynamics.  Professor Michael Green, a leading Asia expert in the School of Foreign Service, discussed the challenges facing the Asia-Pacific region going forward. The conversation was hosted by Yunho Song, a member of the Georgetown University Board of Regents.

This webinar series is sponsored by the Office of the Vice President for Global Engagement in collaboration with the Office of the Provost.
