Erik Voeten is the Peter F. Krogh Associate Professor of Geopolitics and Global Justice in the School of Foreign Service, and the director of graduate studies in the Department of Government in the College. He joined the Georgetown faculty in 2007.
Major international activities include:
- Authors “Monkey Cage” blog about global affairs for the Washington Post
- Co-edits the international, online, open-access, peer-reviewed journal “Research and Politics”
- Has published research on United Nations, the European Union, the European Court of Human Rights, and other international law and cooperation issues in journals such as the American Political Science Review, the American Journal of Political Science, International Organization, International Studies Quarterly, the Journal of Politics and the Journal of Conflict Resolution
