Ken Opalo is an assistant professor in the School of Foreign Service. He joined the Georgetown faculty in 2015.
Major international activities include:
- Received a research grant from the United Kingdom's Department for International Development and Australia's Department for Foreign Affairs and Trade for research in Tanzania
- Summer 2016 faculty lead of the Hoyas In Tanzania program, which takes Georgetown undergraduates and masters students to learn Kiswahili at the University of Dar es Salaam.
