Toshihiro Higuchi
Toshihiro Higuchi is an assistant professor in the Department of History in the College and the School of Foreign Service. A historian of U.S. foreign relations in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, his research interests rest with science and politics in managing the trans-border and global environment.
